Daniel Boone Chapter-NCSSAR and in conjunction with the Daniel Boone Chapter-NSDAR the Grave Marking Ceremony for Revolutionary War Patriot John Boone (1727-1803) at Joppa Cemetery in Mocksville, North Carolina. Patriot John Boone was the nephew of Squire Boone (1696-1765) and Sarah Morgan Boone (1700-1777) and the first cousin of Col. Daniel Boone (1734-1820).
